WE LEARN THROUGH STRUGGLE.
Pain is only weakness LEAVING THE BODY.
We are the answer to every single dilemma.
You cannot listen with all of the noise your ego puts in your head. You have to LISTEN. That when you look someone in the eyes, you absorb what they put out- when you are behind them, you feel what they hold in.
PAY ATTENTION.
You cannot help anyone until you help yourself. You cannot heal when wounded, you cannot teach when you are not learning.
If we treated each other as badly as we treat ourselves in moments of weakness, we would be left with no one.
It is not what WILL BE but what IS- if we are not happy with that, the time for change is now.
Change is made by becoming aware- of your own body, your own movements, your own energy and voice; it’s changing the frequencies on which you put out positive or negative waves.
Like minds attract similar desires. Stop surrounding yourself with people who don't see the treasure in you.
You may be incapable of fixing another person’s struggle, or you might not want to, but with only a small touch or handful of words, you can do wonders in leading them away from it.
There are two choices you have in dealing with what will happen to you:
Learn to accept it. Find a way to appreciate what will come of it.

We keep the past alive in our hearts by WORRYING and clutching to old fears for dear life, as if we will somehow make ends meet through all of the anxiety. Solutions are only born once we cut the chatter.
Abandon the worry, the panic. Replace fear with MOVEMENT, and make it forward-
do what makes your soul cry.
We are more than flesh and bones. We are breakfasts, we are sunsets, we are fire, water. We are pregnancies and funerals. We are the manifesto of dreams, connections, miracles. We are
the human experience.
Be here, be present, RIGHT NOW. Let your breath carry you.
